Event Information


​Insurance is required for any wedding or event taking place at Rose Hill Heritage Farm.  This policy is known as Commercial General Liability or Spectator Liability, and  is for bodily injury and property damage for the day of the wedding or event in the amount of $1,000,000.  Rose Hill Heritage Farm needs to be listed as an "additional insured" on this policy.  Proof of coverage needs to be presented to Rose Hill Heritage Farm's manager two weeks before the wedding or event is to take place.     

Fun facts for your event at Rose Hill:

  • If you are planning to have alcohol at your event you must obtain a Banquet License.  See link for details.
  • All music for events must come to an end by 11:00 p.m.
  • The manor house is available for scheduled tours during an event with a 48 hour notice.

Event Rental Options:

Rose Hill Heritage Farm is the perfect outdoor option for a family reunion, an anniversary party or even a fundraising event.  Rental rates vary based on the time of day you host your event to the day of the week.  Opportunities to host your intimate event in the manor house are available for small parties.  Please email events@rosehillheritagefarm.com for additional details.

​The Garden or Lomax Lawn for three hours with a maximum of 100 people; each additional hour is only $125.
